Announcement on Obtaining the Approval from Issuance Examination Committee of CSRC to the Application of the Private Placement of A Shares
To the best of our knowledge, the Board of Directors of the Company and its members confirm that there is no material false or misleading statement or material omission in this announcement and shall be severally and jointly liable for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of its content.
According to the examination result from Issuance Examination Committee of CSRC on July 4, the Company obtained conditional approval to its application of the A Shares Private Placement.
The Company will publish another announcement after it receiving the written approval document from CSRC.
